Besides the initial orientation that is given to new volunteers, there are several opportunities throughout the year for liturgical ministers to participate in enrichment sessions. These include an annual Lenten day of reflection, and at least two other opportunities to come together to share ideas and insights. Ministers are also encouraged to participate in enrichment sessions at the Norbertine Center For Spirituality and other locations.
