Celebrate! Unity in Diversity!

  • 4 languages in Green Bay
  • Many cultures
  • ONE Faith in God – Father, Son, Holy Spirit

Is there anyone here, or anyone on the face of the earth, who has not received the Holy Spirit! No, not one!

  • If not with the Holy Spirit – No life!
  • If aware of the Holy Spirit – MORE life!
  • We want to share life! Not suspicion, not doubt, not hatred, not discrimination, prejudice, or racism.

Our parish has the opportunity to be a light shining on a hill, spreading light to all parts.

  • For us it is opportunity
  • Unity in diversity
  • In our midst today: homeless, unemployed, elderly, disabled, immigrant, refugee, Hispanic; English speakers, Spanish speakers; Dutch, German, Irish, Polish, Mexican, Belgian descendants; parents grieving loss of children to death, sons and daughters grieving the loss of parents to deportation; people who have experienced division, separation, conflict and pain.

We are all here together because we have received the Holy Spirit who makes us ONE – we can be present to one another in unity – we are one in body, one in Spirit. Alleluia!
