Youth Group Cristo Vivo
Cristo Vivo is St. Willebrord’s very own enthusiastic and fun loving youth group. They meet every Sunday at 1:45pm in the big hall of St. Willebrord Parish.
Cristo Vivo has been active for over 10 years and each year it is getting bigger and better. Cristo Vivo is composed of high school youth looking for fun, friends, and for ways to grow deeper in their faith. Cristo Vivo is a very active group in the parish and in the community, a few of the wonderful activities they have done are; putting on Nativity plays, known as “Pastorelas”, prepared meals for the NEW Community Shelter, serenating to moms on Mother’s Day, organizing and developing a Holy Week retreat for over 100 youth and so much more!
Not only do they love to have fun but they also love to learn and grow in their Faith. For example, on the day of Christ the King, they hold a vigil in which the youth talk about issues they are facing and how our almighty God is always present in our good times and our bad times, games and fun is guaranteed!
All youth in High School are welcome to join this amazing group of young people! Please call the parish and talk to our Youth Minister, Griselle Montalvo for more information or email her at Griselle@stwillys.org.
